CrossFit Foundations - 4 weeks, 3 sessions/week
Our foundations class is specifically designed to prepare you for CrossFit workouts at CrossFit LKN. We provide you with a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, who will teach you the fundamental CrossFit movements over the 4 week course. The goal is to identify mobility problems, muscular imbalances, and metabolic deficiencies and correct those before you start the full CrossFit program. This is not to say that our Foundations program is easy, each session will end with a CrossFit style "metabolic conditioning" workout that incorporates the movements learned that day.
The Foundations Class is required for all new CrossFit LKN members before joining our daily CrossFit WOD's. There is no better way to prepare for CrossFit than to take our Foundations course. This course was designed by the coaches at CrossFit LKN and is unique to our facility. The foundations course consists of four (4) weeks of training with classes meeting three (3) times each week.

CrossFit Group Class
Once you have completed our Foundations course you will be ready to tackle the constantly changing demands of CrossFit workouts. Our CrossFit group classes are designed to challenge, motivate, and encourage our members. Each class is instructed by a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach, and consists of a warm-up, detailed instruction of any new movements, skill or technique, and concludes with the Workout of the Day (WOD). By utilizing functional movements applied at high intensities CrossFit provides an effective, efficient, and safe workout for every ability level.
Our group classes include people from all fitness backgrounds from grandmas to law-enforcement professionals; soccer moms, doctors, lawyers, athletes, bankers, the recently sedentary, overweight, young, old, and everyone in between.

You will work with a certified coach every time you walk through our door and you will be provided with a program that guarantees incredible results.
