Livingsocial – Foundations Schedule
Due to the overwhelming popularity of our Livingsocial deal, we have made some adjustments to our CrossFit Foundations schedule. We will now be offering Foundations classes Monday – Thursday from 7:00-8:00am and 7:00-8:00pm.. Our Saturday class offerings will expand to 8:00-9:00am and 9:00-10:00am. This schedule will take effect on February 28th in order to accommodate the influx of Livingsocial members.
Online Registration
In order to sign up for our CrossFit Foundations classes, you must register via our website. Due to space and staffing concerns we will only be allowing 80 people to register for Foundations at a time. Registrations will be on a first come, first served basis and will only be done online. NOTE: WHEN YOU REGISTER USING OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL SHOW A $100 BILL. IN ORDER TO REMOVE THIS BILL YOU MUST BRING YOUR LIVING SOCIAL COUPON TO YOUR FIRST FOUNDATIONS CLASS. ONCE WE HAVE YOUR LIVING SOCIAL COUPON THE BILL WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
Reserving Classes
Once you have registered, you will be able to reserve up to 12 class times using our online class registration system. It is strongly recommended that you complete all of your classes consecutively as each class builds upon the skills learned during the previous class. NOTE: OUR MONDAY & TUESDAY CLASSES COVER THE SAME SKILLS AND PERFORM THE SAME WORKOUT. OUR WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY CLASSES COVER THE SAME SKILLS AND PERFORM THE SAME WORKOUT. IN ORDER TO AVOID REPEATING A WORKOUT OR SKILL PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE A MONDAY & TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY CLASS IN THE SAME WEEK.
Waiver
In order to participate in CrossFit Foundations classes at CrossFit LKN, you must complete a pre-participation waiver. You can download our waiver form online by following the link below. To save time, please have this filled out and turn in to the CrossFit LKN staff upon arrival. How to Prepare
CrossFit Foundations classes are designed to teach you the basic functional movements used in CrossFit workouts as well as prepare you physically and mentally for our normal CrossFit classes. Be prepared to squat, run, lift weights, and try new movements. CrossFit itself is a high intensity-training program so make sure you come dressed to move and well hydrated. NOTE: If you have a pre-existing injury, please communicate that to the trainers BEFORE the class and again BEFORE any movement that may aggravate the injury. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO MODIFY OR SCALE ANY WORKOUT TO YOUR NEEDS.
