About us:

CrossFit LKN is the premier CrossFit facility in the Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and North Charlotte area.  Located just off exit 25 in the Northcross Business Park, we are easily accessable to anyone in the Lake Norman area.  Over the past three years CrossFit LKN has continued to grow and expand the scope of programming and quality of instruction. 

Mission:

At CrossFit LKN, our mission is to provide the highest quality training and workout environment for our clients while striving to push them beyond what they believe is possible.  

The staff at CrossFit LKN lives and breathes what we ask our clients to do.  As coaches we strive to always set the example and provide top quality instruction. 

Philosophy of Training:

We train using the CrossFit method which utilizes functional movements applied at high intensities.  The way we see it, our bodies don't move in isolation they move as a functional unit.  It simply follows that our training should mirror the way we move. This combination of high intensity training and compound, functional movements provides the most efficient, effective, and safe workout program created to date.
